Silicone Grain Replicator 1:1 Ratio

THIS PRODUCT IS SUPPLIED IN TWO POTS OF 100 GRAMS

Simply mix by weight a 1:1 ratio of the Silicone Grain Replicator 1 and the Silicone Grain Replicator 2, we recommend the mixing ratio of 10g of each compound for a thin, flexible graining pad. (if you want a thicker pad then mix a larger ratio).

Once the compounds have been thoroughly mixed to a uniform colour, you have 3 minutes to use the mixture before the compounds start to activate.

Apply the mixture in a pile on to the texture you are wanting to replicate, using a solid, flat item, flatten the compound out and leave to set for 15 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature).

If the edge of the compound is still "tacky" then leave another 5 minutes.

Once the mixture has set, you can peel the graining pad away and it is ready to use to replicate the grain texture on your repair.

Use in the same way as standard grain pads to embed the texture into your vinyl/leather repair.
